We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Specialist. This exciting opportunity will enable you to provide top-notch service to our Spanish-speaking clients, helping them navigate our subscription services and resolve any issues they may encounter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to their subscription services.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide comprehensive information about subscription features, benefits, and promotions.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with subscription-based services is a plus.
