• Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding food delivery orders and services.
• Effectively resolve issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Guide customers through the ordering process and offer recommendations when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

• Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Ability to handle complaints and provide effective solutions promptly.
• Interest in the food delivery industry and customer service.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
