Portuguese Language Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Portuguese language consultant to join our team. As a consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients with their online payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess the online payment needs of Portuguese-speaking clients and provide customized solutions.
  • Guide clients through the integration and effective use of our online payment systems.
  • Deliver ongoing training and support to enhance client knowledge and usage of our products.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to optimize client experience and service delivery.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory requirements in the online payment landscape.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to drive continuous improvement of our services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
  • Understanding of online payment solutions and fintech concepts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in customer support, consulting, or the fintech industry is a plus.
  • Analytical thinker with a commitment to problem-solving.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Enthusiastic about keeping up with industry developments and innovations.
