  • We are seeking a Senior Business Partner with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in new and exciting projects.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for new or existing IT systems.
  • Preparing functional and technical specifications (e.g., BRD, FRD).
  • Collaborating with development teams to ensure accurate solution implementation.
  • Coordinating with IT partners and stakeholders (external vendors, IT teams, business units, etc.).
  • Supporting UAT, documenting processes, and training end users.
  • Continuously reviewing and improving processes through technology.
  • Monitoring production systems and providing operational support.
  • Working with business units to understand needs and prioritize tech solutions.
  • Participating in digital transformation, innovation, and new tech initiatives.
  • Representing stakeholder needs within the IT team and vice versa.
  • Analyzing, modeling, and extracting data from databases.
  • Managing relationships with technology vendors and external partners.
  • Identifying opportunities for automation, cost savings, and process optimization.
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering (from a Greek or international institution).
  • A Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Management, or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Management and Data Governance projects, with hands-on knowledge of relevant technologies.
  • Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
