We are looking for talented individuals with excellent Latvian language skills and customer service mindsets to join our team in Athens, Greece.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become a digital expert after receiving comprehensive product training.
  • Consult entrepreneurs and businesses to enhance their reputation and provide insights into how customers search for them.
  • Provide assistance to businesses to improve their online presence across the world's most famous search engine.
  • Investigate issues deeper before defining solutions or escalating highly complex issues.
  • May be required to promote related products to existing customers.

Requirements:

  • Superior Latvian language skills and customer service mindset.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Ability to use desktop computer systems, internet applications, and MS Office.
  • Familiarity with Google products (Google Maps, Google Cloud ecosystem).
  • Familiarity with Chrome OS and Android operating systems.
