Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Athens. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for our clients and will provide them with excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and will be able to work well under pressure. You will also need to have a good understanding of Latvian and English languages.

The role involves providing advice to clients on various queries, creating a rapport with key decision makers, and providing strategic campaign support. The successful candidate will have superior written and verbal communications skills, effective listening skills, and the ability to use positive language.
