Video Streaming Customer Expert Role

We are seeking a skilled Video Streaming Customer Expert to join our team in Athens. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for helping customers succeed.

About the Job

This is a challenging opportunity for a customer-focused individual who can provide exceptional support to clients. The successful candidate will have experience working with video streaming platforms and be able to communicate effectively with customers via various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide optimal advice regarding different queries of business clients.
  • Create a meaningful rapport with key decision makers in the marketing industry while troubleshooting the customer's issue.
  • Provide strategic campaign support to educate your clients.
  • Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.
  • Searching for the most accurate and effective solution to the problem stated.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Superior written and verbal communications skills in Portuguese, as well as effective listening skills.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different working channels during the day (chat, phone, email).
  • Ability to use positive language.
  • Willingness to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Good time management skill.
