As the primary point of contact for employees, the HR Manager must possess excellent communication skills and be able to handle grievances and demands efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing strategies that foster collaboration and inclusivity within the organisation.
  • Leading by example and setting the tone for a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resources management processes.
  • Implementing cross-functional initiatives to drive engagement and motivation.
  • Recruiting, training, and supervising personnel.

Responsibilities also include managing payroll programs, employment contracts, and benefits administration.

Qualifications:

  • University studies in Business Administration, HRM, or related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office, HR software, and HR databases.
  • Excellent English language proficiency.
  • Proven working experience in an HR Manager role or similar senior position.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Ability to develop strategy and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
