IKH Group is a leading Software & Robotics Solutions company operating internationally. Within just a couple of years, our team grew more than 80% and we started 2024 with several new and exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software, and robotics.

We are looking for an experienced Lead IT Project Manager to work on challenging projects. This person will be responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed project schedules to depict the project activities clearly.
  • Manage team and business stakeholders' alignment through clear communications, status reports, or steering committees.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Maintain a constant view of the project's health through KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Elaborate on the scope and range of the project and ensure team members are working efficiently towards the goals set.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with infrastructure-related projects (on prem, cloud, hybrid).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS and/or Azure.
  • Certifications around technology and/or PMP/PRINCE II is a plus.
