Αναζητούμε έναν έμπειρο ατόμο με υψηλής ποιότητας δυνατότητες να παρέχει εξαιρετική υπηρεσία στους επισκέπτες και να συντονίζει διαφορετικές λειτουργίες για την επιτυχία των επισκεπτών.

Στόχος είναι να αξιοποιήσετε τις ενεργήδεσμες προδιαγραφές σας στην ιστοσελίδα μας.

Αρμοδιότητες
  • Απαντάτε σε ερωτήσεις από τους εσωτερικούς και εξωτερικούς επισκέπτες και προσφέρουν ανάλογα λύσεις.
  • Συντονίζετε τις δραστηριότητες μεταξύ των διαφορετικών τμημάτων του ξενοδοχείου για να εξασφαλίσει αποτελεσματική ομαδική εργασία και ικανοποίηση των επισκεπτών.
  • Κατανοείτε τις διάφορες προσφορές του ξενοδοχείου και προσφέρουν διαφορετικές υπηρεσίες σύμφωνα με τα αιτήματα των επισκεπτών.
  • Εξασφαλείτε υψηλά πρότυπα ικανοποίησης των επισκεπτών.
  • Βεβαιώνετε ότι όλα τα προφίλ των επισκεπτών είναι ενημερωμένα με όλες τις απαραίτητες πληροφορίες.
Προσόντα
  • Εμπειρία σε περιβάλλον ξενοδοχείου 4-5 αστέρων.
  • Άριστες οργανωτικές ικανότητες.
  • Πτυχίο ή/και μεταπτυχιακό στις Τουριστικές Σπουδές.
  • Άριστες δεξιότητες γραπτής και προφορικής επικοινωνίας στην ελληνική και αγγλική γλώσσα.
  • Καλές δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας στα γερμανικά, ισπανικά, ιταλικά ή άλλη γλώσσα.
  • Δεξιότητες δημοσίων σχέσεων/Στάση εξυπηρέτησης πελατών/Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες.
  • Εργασιακή εμπειρία ως Front Office Agent, Guest Relation Agent, Concierge ή παρόμοια θέση.
  • Εμπειρία με λογισμικό ξενοδοχείων.
  • Κατανόηση του τρόπου λειτουργίας των ιστοσελίδων ταξιδιωτικού σχεδιασμού.
  • Άριστες γνώσεις Η/Υ και προγράμματα υποδοχής, MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Οργανωτικές ικανότητες, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και ικανότητα προσαρμογής σε ένα απαιτητικό επαγγελματικό περιβάλλον.
