We are seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join our team as a Food Service Attendant.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They will be responsible for providing top-notch service to guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery, maintaining a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-2 years minimum experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.
  • Languages: Excellent command of both English and Greek language essential. Knowledge of a second foreign language considered an asset.
  • Skillset: Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented, with excellent MS Office skills and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
