Απαιτούμενος Ρόλος:
">Ο/Η Client Service Agent θα είναι υπεύθυνος για την παροχή εξαιρετικού επιπέδου εξυπηρέτησης προς τους πελάτες, λαμβάνοντας και καταχωρώντας παραγγελίες, παρακολουθώντας την εξέλιξή τους και επικοινωνώντας με τον πελάτη για οποιοδήποτε θέμα προκύπτει.
Θα απαντάει ερωτήματα πελατών σχετικά με τα προϊόντα, τις παραγγελίες και τις υπηρεσίες της εταιρίας, διαμορφώνοντας και αποστελώντας προσφορές προς τους πελάτες.
Θα διαχειριζόταν τα αιτήματα των πελατών σε συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα, διεκπεραιώνοντας τη διαδικασία τιμολόγησης των παραγγελιών και επικοινωνώντας με πελάτες για θέματα τιμολογήσεων.
Θα προγραμματίζονε και δρομολογούσε τη μεταφορά των παραγγελιών μέσω μεταφορικών εταιριών, παρακολουθώντας τις πληρωμές και επικοινωνώντας με πελάτες.
Θα συνέχιζε να ακολουθεί οι πρακτικές καλής πρακτικής, όπως η τεχνογνωσία και η παράδοση στην εκπαίδευση.

- Επαγγελματική προϋπηρεσία στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, κατά προτίμηση εταιρικών - B2B (mínimum 2 χρόνια)
- Άριστη γνώση αγγλικών
- Θα εκτιμηθεί ικανοποιητική γνώση 2ης γλώσσας
- Άριστη γνώση MS Office
- Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, δυναμική και ευχάριστη προσωπικότητα
- Πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση
- Υπευθυνότητα και ανεπτυγμένη ικανότητα οργάνωσης
