Η θέλησή μας είναι να επιλέξουμε έναν Junior IT Specialist με εμπειρία σε υποστήριξη Hardware/Software και OS, ώστε να συμβάλλει στην επίτευξη της μέγιστης απόδοσης των υπηρεσιών, την διατήρηση του ιστότοπου και τη βελτίωση της ασφάλειας.

Ιδιότητες του Ρόλου
  • Υποστήριξη Hardware χρηστών: Να αναλαμβάνεις την ανάπτυξη εργαλείων για την καταγραφή, τον έλεγχο και την επεξεργασία данных.
  • Patching/updating/upgrading user systems: Να εξασφαλίζεις ότι τα συστήματα των χρηστών είναι ενημερωμένα και αποθηκευμένα στα σημεία αποθήκευσης.
  • Διατήρηση Inventory IT asset: Να διατηρείς ανεπτυγμένες ροές εργασίας.
  • Εξασφάλιση συνεχούς λειτουργίας των συστημάτων χρηστών: Να κατέχει σχήματα κατάρτισης στις τοπικές φυσικές έναρξεις.
  • Παρακολούθηση και τήρηση διαδικασιών: Να εφαρμόζεις πολιτικές ειδικών προγραμμάτων.
Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα
  • Εμπειρία υποστήριξης Η/Υ σε εταιρικό περιβάλλον (Hardware - Software - OS): 2 έτη σε ανάλογη θέση.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση λειτουργικών συστημάτων Windows 7/10 και δικτύωσής τους σε εταιρικό περιβάλλον: Να μπορείς να επιλύσεις θεματικά ζητήματα.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση χρήσης Microsoft Office: Να δείχνεις leadership.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση υποστήριξης H/W: Να παρέχεις εξέλιξη.
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών: Να ευελπιστείς ότι η γλώσσα έχει ήδη εκμεταλλευτεί.
Επιθυμητά Προσόντα
  • Πτυχίο Πληροφορικής: Να κερδίζεις κύρος.
  • Επιθυμητή η εμπειρία διαχείρισης Active Directory: Να υπερασπίζεσαι την αποτελεσματικότητα.
  • Επιθυμητή η εμπειρία σε διαχείριση Office 365: Να σκαρφαλώσεις πάνω στους πίνακες.
