Travel Agent: Assist Clients and Promote Flight Add-On Products

Position Summary

We are looking for a Travel Agent to join our Customer Care team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting our clients in completing their travel itineraries over the phone, emails, and social media requests while handling our reservation systems.

You will also be responsible for promoting and selling our flight add-on products as a natural extension of conversation with the customer.

To ensure a flawless and positive customer experience, all our agents have a friendly attitude and enjoy helping others.

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming calls and emails, ensuring and providing quality of service to customers, managing flight cancellations, rebookings, and force majeure situations, developing and recommending changes to existing methods and procedures to increase accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness of the Customer department as a whole, and reporting technical issues, customers' complaints, and other problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming calls and emails.
  • Ensure and provide quality of service to customers.
  • Manage flight cancellations, rebookings, and force majeure situations.
  • Develop and recommend changes to existing methods and procedures.
  • Report technical issues, customers' complaints, and other problems.

Requirements include native/fluent level of Swedish (oral and written), good knowledge of English, experience in the customer service sector, ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies, excellent communication skills, and a can-do attitude. A basic level of Norwegian and Danish is nice to have, as well as experience in working with KPIs and GDS knowledge (Amadeus or Sabre).
