Travel Agent for Scandinavian Markets

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic travel agent to join our team in providing exceptional customer service to clients from Scandinavian countries. As a travel agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their travel itineraries over the phone, email, and social media requests while handling our reservation systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming calls and emails from customers.
  • Provide quality of service to customers by handling inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Manage flight cancellations, rebookings, and force majeure situations.
  • Develop and recommend changes to existing methods and procedures to increase accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness of the Customer department as a whole.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Native or fluent level of Swedish (oral and written).
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Experience in the customer service sector.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude.
