We are seeking a highly skilled Norwegian Speaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Athens. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to Norwegian-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries, booking requests, and travel-related concerns.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Assistance: Provide timely and effective support to Norwegian-speaking customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Communication: Utilize your fluent Norwegian language skills to communicate clearly and concisely with customers, ensuring seamless interactions.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, striving to exceed customer expectations and enhance their overall experience.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our travel products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues and other teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Fluency in Norwegian: Strong written and spoken Norwegian language skills are essential for this role.

- Prior Customer Service Experience: While prior customer service experience is not required, it is highly valued and preferred.
