We are seeking a highly skilled Norwegian-speaking customer service representative to join our team in Athens. As an On-Site Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Norwegian-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries, booking requests, and travel-related concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Provide support and assistance to Norwegian-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries, booking requests, and travel-related concerns.
- Communication: Utilize your fluent Norwegian language skills to communicate effectively with customers, ensuring clear and concise interactions.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations and enhance their overall experience.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our travel products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.

Qualifications:
- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior customer service experience is not required but is a plus.
