Brand Manager Job Description

We are seeking a Brand Manager to drive the strategic direction and performance of our product portfolio, which includes medicines, OTC products, supplements, and personal care items.

This is an opportunity for a strategic, results-driven, and creative professional who will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to build strong, sustainable brands in the healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement brand strategies that drive market share, increase brand equity, and achieve business goals.
  2. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional media, to reach target audiences effectively.
  3. Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform decision-making.
  4. Manage the product life cycle, from development to launch and beyond, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain, to drive successful product positioning and performance.
  6. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to optimize strategies and improve ROI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field (essential)
  • MBA or Postgraduate Studies in Marketing or Brand Management (preferred)
  • Proven experience in brand management, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
  • Fluency in Greek and English (both written and verbal)
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative mindset with a strong sense of innovation and a results-driven approach
  • Proficient in digital marketing and familiar with the latest industry trends and technologies
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams
