Senior Engineering Leader Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Leader to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for leading and growing multiple engineering teams.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and experience in leading cross-functional teams. They will be able to design and develop large web-based applications and ensure the alignment between client requirements and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and growing multiple engineering teams
  • Designing and developing large web-based applications
  • Ensuring alignment between client requirements and engineering teams
  • Setting coding standards and methodologies according to technology trends, best practices, and experience

Requirements:

  • Strong engineering background and experience
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Java development required
  • Ability to strategically coach and influence multiple teams
  • Demonstrated ability and experience in technical project management and software delivery

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience working in public sector-related projects advantageous
