Conversational AI and Workflow Automation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Conversational AI and Workflow Automation Engineer to join our team. As an expert in developing, optimizing, and deploying AI models that enhance our platform's capabilities, you will play a critical role in transforming the way companies handle repetitive internal employee support requests.

About this Role

In this position, you will design and implement AI models that improve customer experience and automate IT and HR support tasks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our existing platforms and services.

  • You will conduct experiments to validate model performance and iterate on design based on testing results.
  • Staying current with advancements in AI and machine learning technologies is essential to continuously improving AI systems.
  • You will document methodologies, experiments, and outcomes for knowledge sharing and transparency within the team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and tools such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, frameworks, and libraries.
  • Experience with AI model deployment and optimization techniques.
  • Experience with NLP concepts.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
