Job Role

As a Conversational AI Application Developer, you will:
  • Design and develop OCP dialog applications.
  • Test and document intents, entities, and dialog flows.
  • Debug NLU models and API integrations, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Deploy and validate changes in Dev/Test environments.
  • Monitor logs to identify errors and report them promptly.
  • Collaborate via Git (branching, PRs) and document updates.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate has:
  • Basic knowledge of Python/Java/JavaScript and REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and agile workflows.
  • Interest in NLP, NLU, conversational AI, or cloud platforms (training provided).
  • A problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Dialogflow, Rasa, or similar platforms is a plus.
