This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our Clinical Operations team, driving impact and growth through bold solutions and inclusive environments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide critical input into site recommendations, leveraging intimate knowledge of country and region processes, sites, and associated performance metrics.
  • Support process optimization for country and site selection activities, including review and assessment of potential site lists and provision of Pre-Trial Assessment output.
  • Conduct study start-up activities at the site level, including coordination of activation checklist items, informed consent document finalization, and site initiation visits, as applicable.

Beyond that, you will also be able to:

  • Review site monitoring reports.
  • Oversee and manage site deliverables to study targets, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Support shaping the local clinical development environment, enhancing client reputation in scientific leadership.

Requirements

We seek individuals with at least 5 years' experience as a CRA, possessing good communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management capabilities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 5 years previous experience as CRA.
  • Skills: Good communication and organization skills, attention to detail, time management, multi-tasking.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in life and/or health sciences is preferred - post graduate studies in a relative field are considered as a plus.
