About the Role

Joining our team as a Project Coordinator, you will assist in coordinating activities of R&D projects (EU-funded research and innovation projects). Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Working independently and collaboratively with a diverse team to perform administrative and coordination functions relevant to R&D, departmental, and organisational needs
  • Assisting with financial and project reporting
  • Communicating with external partners and supporting ongoing coordination processes
  • Supporting presales coordination tasks related to Research and Innovation Department projects
  • Organising and archiving project documentation
  • Collaborating with project managers to develop frequent announcements about technical and business achievements, milestones, and events
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business Administration; an MSc or MBA is considered a strong asset
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in EU-funded projects
  • Solid understanding of IT or related fields
  • Proficient in negotiation and coordination with international partners
  • Strong analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Proactiveness, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team
  • Availability to travel frequently
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
