Job Description:
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate processing and recording of payroll for our companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll data
- Implement daily payroll routines and procedures, including data entry, payroll reports, and employee vacation plans
- Provide support and guidance to HR colleagues on payroll-related matters
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of Greek labor law
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure
- Proficiency in Excel and payroll systems
- Fluency in English and Greek (written and verbal)
