Key Responsibilities:- Customer Engagement: Offer friendly and efficient customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels.
- Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Product Expertise: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
- Record Keeping: Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Feedback and Improvement: Share customer insights and feedback to help enhance our support processes and overall customer experience.
- Language Skills: Native or fluent in Spanish (written and spoken). Good command of English is essential for internal communication.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service or a related field is beneficial but not required.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems.
- Communication Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and convey solutions clearly.
