Spanish Client Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in Spanish and English. You will also have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, as well as experience working with sensitive data and dynamic environments.

You will be responsible for assisting customers with online orders, deliveries, returns, payments, and refunds, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to PCI & GDPR standards.
