German Speaking Logistics Sales Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated German speaking logistics sales professional to join our team. As a sales specialist, you will be responsible for communicating with German-speaking customers and partners, maintaining and increasing existing client portfolios, and striving towards customer retention and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with German-speaking customers & partners from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Luxembourg
  • Maintain and increase existing client portfolios
  • Strive toward customer retention and loyalty, fully supporting the customer to achieve a successful sales outcome
  • Provide and maintain strong, professional relationship with all customers and show empathy at all times
Requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge & communication skills in German
  • Very good command of English
  • Usage of MS Windows and MS Office, ability to use Internet applications
  • Sales on a B2B Level
  • Simple mathematical calculations to work out dimensions and recommend correct freight Solutions
  • Knowledge of logistics on an operational level, as well as overland, sea freight and airfreight Logistics will be an advantage
  • Good problem-solving skills
