- Υπεύθυνος για την επίβλεψη και το συντονισμό της ομάδας κρατήσεων που εξασφαλίζει την ομαλή καθημερινή λειτουργία του τμήματος
- Συμμετέχετε ενεργά στην πρόσληψη, εκπαίδευση και παρακολούθηση της απόδοσης όλων των μελών της ομάδας
- Προγραμματισμός προσωπικού
- Βεβαιωθείτε ότι όλα τα αιτήματα κράτησης αντιμετωπίζονται σωστά και εγκαίρως, σύμφωνα με τα Πρότυπα της εταιρείας
- Βεβαιωθείτε ότι όλες οι διαδικασίες του τμήματος έχουν ολοκληρωθεί αποτελεσματικά ανά πάσα στιγμή σύμφωνα με τα SOP και τις οδηγίες της εταιρείας
- Συμμετέχετε ενεργά σε καθημερινές τμηματικές διαδικασίες ανάλογα με τον φόρτο εργασίας
- Πραγματοποιήστε συχνούς ελέγχους ρυθμού και ακρίβεια εισαγωγής δεδομένων
- Βεβαιωθείτε ότι όλα τα προφίλ επισκεπτών έχουν συμπληρωθεί / ενημερωθεί ανάλογα με βάση τα επίπεδα πιστότητας πελατών, τις προτιμήσεις, τα αιτήματα, τις πληροφορίες συμβολαίου και τις συμφωνίες τιμών
- Βεβαιωθείτε ότι η ιστοσελίδα και τα OTA του ξενοδοχείου ελέγχονται καθημερινά για νέες κρατήσεις, τροποποιήσεις και ακυρώσεις.
- Εξασφαλίστε την ικανοποίηση των επισκεπτών προβλέποντας όλες τις ανάγκες των επισκεπτών και αντιμετωπίζοντας με επιτυχία τυχόν πιθανά παράπονα
- Επικοινωνία με το Λογιστήριο σχετικά με τις πληρωμές προμηθειών
- Επικοινωνία με τον Διευθυντή Πωλήσεων & Μάρκετινγκ και τον Revenue Manager για τις ετήσιες προβλέψεις και τη δημιουργία και εκτέλεση του προϋπολογισμού
- Συμμετέχετε ενεργά σε όλες τις συναντήσεις του Τμήματος και της Διοίκησης
- Προετοιμάστε όλες τις σχετικές περιοδικές αναφορές και δώστε πληροφορίες για προβλέψεις και προτάσεις για βελτίωση
Επιθυμητές δεξιότητες:
- Τουλάχιστον 2 χρόνια εμπειρίας ως Reservation Manager σε ένα ξενοδοχείο 5*
- Ικανότητα επικοινωνίας άπταιστα (γραπτά και προφορικά) τόσο στην ελληνική όσο και στην αγγλική γλώσσα. Η γνώση μιας τρίτης γλώσσας θα θεωρείται πλεονέκτημα
- Πληροφορική και άριστη γνώση του PMS, του Channel Manager & των συστημάτων Extranet IDS / OTA
- Γνώσεις διαχείρισης εσόδων
