Ως HR Payroll Administrator, θα γίνεις μέλος μιας ομάδας υψηλών επιδόσεων και έμπειρης συνεισφοράς στην υλοποίηση, συμβουλευτική και υποστήριξη του τμήματος HR της Alter Ego Media.
**Καθήκοντα**:
Έλεγχος και Υπολογισμός μισθοδοσίας προσωπικού.Σύνταξη καταστάσεων μισθοδοσίας και υποβολή των απαραίτητων δηλώσεων σε ΕΡΓΑΝΗ, ΕΦΚΑ & TAXISNET (προσλήψεις, αποχωρήσεις, ωρομετρήσεις, μεταβολές, μετακινήσεις, συμβάσεις, άδειες, ασθένειες κ.ά.).
Budgeting.
Έλεγχος, παρακολούθηση και διεκπεραίωση όλων των εργασιών απασχόλησης και ασφάλισης των εργαζομένων.
Έλεγχος και παρακολούθηση υποχρεώσεων σε επιδοτούμενα προγράμματα απασχόλησης προσωπικού.
Λογιστικοποίηση καταστάσεων μισθοδοσίας και πληρωμής αποδοχών εργαζομένων.
Υπολογισμός και reports KPIs.
Διασφάλιση της τήρησης των διαδικασιών σε θέματα προσωπικού.
Υποστήριξη σε ad-hoc δραστηριότητες ανθρώπινου δυναμικού.
**Απαραίτητα Προσόντα**:
Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ Οικονομικά/Διοίκηση επιχειρήσεων.
Εμπειρία 2-3 έτη σε τμήμα HR ή Μισθοδοσίας, σε οργανωμένο περιβάλλον.
Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office/ MS Excel.
Γνώση του πληροφοριακού συστήματος «Εργάνη».
Πολύ καλή γνώση Ασφαλιστικής & Εργατικής Νομοθεσίας.
Εμπειρία σε συστήματα μισθοδοσίας (επιθυμητή γνώση συστήματος Pylon).
Ομαδικότητα, Εμπιστευτικότητα και Υπευθυνότητα, Οργανωτικότητα, προσοχή στην λεπτομέρεια και επαγγελματική συνέπεια.
