Product Manager
Η Xpander μέλος του ομίλου Παντελής Παπαδόπουλος, δημιουργήθηκε για να προσφέρει στον επαγγελματία και τον τελικό καταναλωτή καινοτόμες λύσεις τελευταίας τεχνολογίας που κάνουν απλή την ζωή τους με σεβασμό στο περιβάλλον. Η εταιρεία δραστηριοποιείται στην αγορά του εργαλείου, των μηχανημάτων περιποίησης αγρού & κήπου, των ηλεκτροσυγκολλήσεων, των γεννητριών και ψησταριών σε συνεργασία με επώνυμους οίκους αλλά και με δικές τους σειρές προϊόντων που εμπλουτίζονται συστηματικά ύστερα από ενδελεχή έρευνα αγοράς και παρακολούθηση των διεθνών τάσεων. Στόχος της εταιρείας είναι να γίνει σημείο αναφοράς για την αγορά που δραστηριοποιείται αλλά και να συμβάλλει στην περαιτέρω ανάπτυξη αυτής.
Στα πλαίσια της ενίσχυσης της Διεύθυνσης Sales & Marketing θα προσλάβουμε Product Manager
ΣΚΟΠΟΣ
O Product Manager συμβάλει ουσιαστικά στον σχεδιασμό, υλοποίηση και επίτευξη των εμπορικών στόχων (πωλήσεις, μικτό περιθώριο, μερίδιο αγοράς) για τα brands που διαχειρίζεται. Έχει την ευθύνη για τον σχεδιασμό και την έγκαιρη και επιτυχημένη υλοποίηση των προωθητικών ενεργειών, λανσάρισμα νέων προϊόντων, δράσεων Trade Marketing και λοιπών ενεργειών που απαιτούνται με βάση την στρατηγική των εργοστασίων / brands που διαχειρίζεται και τις συνθήκες της αγοράς και του ανταγωνισμού. Σε συνεργασία με το τμήμα πωλήσεων και βάση της στρατηγικής του brand έχουν την ευθύνη επίτευξης των ποιοτικών και ποσοτικών στόχων ανάπτυξης του δικτύου πωλήσεων.
ΚΥΡΙΕΣ ΑΡΜΟΔΙΟΤΗΤΕΣ
Συμμετοχή στον σχεδιασμό της εμπορικής τοποθέτησης, του brand strategy και του marketing plan για τα brands που διαχειρίζεται
Έρευνα αγοράς και ανάλυση των κινήσεων του ανταγωνισμού
Παρακολούθηση της ζήτησης και επισήμανση δυνατοτήτων και ευκαιριών από την ανάλυση της αγοράς - Προετοιμασία και έκδοση των σχετικών reports
Συμμετοχή στη λήψη αποφάσεων για τo πρόγραμμα εμπορικής προβολής των brands
Συμμετοχή στο σχεδιασμό και την εφαρμογή στρατηγικής πωλήσεων συνεισφέροντας στη βελτίωση της ελκυστικότητας των brand που διαχειρίζεται.
Εισηγήσεις και προτάσεις για νέα εμπορεύματα, τροποποιήσεις στις προδιαγραφές των υπαρχόντων (packaging, τιμή κτλ.) και προωθητικές ενέργειες - Μέριμνα για την ορθή ένταξη των νέων προϊόντων εντός χρονοδιαγράμματος, κόστους και προδιαγραφών
Μέριμνα για την σωστή τοποθέτηση (market positioning) και διαχείριση των brands
Τροφοδότηση website, e-shop, brochures, φυλλαδίων και άλλου υλικού με περιεχόμενο για τα brands που διαχειρίζεται, και έλεγχος ποιότητας του υλικού αυτού πριν τη δημόσια χρήση του
