Η εταιρεία κοσμημάτων ΑΝΝΑ ΜΑΡΙΑ ΜΑΖΑΡΑΚΗ Α.Ε. αναζητά ένα ομαδικό και οργανωτικό άτομο για να καλύψει τη θέση του Customer Support Representative. Πρόκειται για full time εργασία (8 ώρες) μέσω φυσικής παρουσίας (on-site) από τα κεντρικά γραφεία στη Μεταμόρφωση, Αθήνα.
**Ενδεικτικές Αρμοδιότητες**:
Απάντηση σε σχόλια και προσωπικά μηνύματα στα Social Media
Τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση πελατών σχετικά με online παραγγελίες
Πωλήσεις τηλεφωνικές ή μέσω άλλων digital καναλιών
Διαχείριση και απάντηση στα σχόλια του Google My Business
Στρατηγικός χειρισμός αιτημάτων πελατών για τη βελτίωση της συνολικής αγοραστικής εμπειρίας και την ενίσχυση της αφοσίωσης.
Συνεργασία με άλλα τμήματα της εταιρείας και υποστήριξη τμήματος e-shop
**Απαραίτητα Προσόντα**:
Προϋπηρεσία σε πωλήσεις ή σε άλλη θέση με άμεση επαφή με τον πελάτη
Εξοικείωση με Social Media πλατφόρμες όπως Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok
Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (προφορικά-γραπτά)
Ομαδικότητα, υπευθυνότητα, μεθοδικότητα
Επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες και ευγένεια
Ικανότητα αποτελεσματικής διαχείρισης πελατών
Εχεμύθεια

Εξοικείωση με συστήματα CRM και και commerce πλατφόρμες
Εξοικείωση με τη μόδα και το κόσμημα
