Chief Performance Optimizer

We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Business Analyst.

Main Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze business requirements and transform them into functional specifications.
• Generate insightful analysis, reporting and data visualization to answer critical business questions, proactively identify notable trends and communicate business performance.
• Consult with other experienced analysts to develop dashboards and metrics in order to identify key performance drivers and uncover unique insights.
• Take ownership and develop customer's reports that provide all the information needed.
• Work closely with operational stakeholders and consult them through analysis in order to reach their targets.
• Oversee and assist in real-time monitoring.
• Communicate targets and expectations to all stakeholders in a timely and clear form.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics or a related field.
• At least 2 years experience in business analytics in a high-paced environment. Sales analysis experience will be considered as an asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel skills) and data visualization tool such as Power BI.
• Experience with business intelligence, data integration, analysis, reporting and data visualization.
• Ability to work in a constructive manner with a variety of customers, different levels of seniority and domain expertise.
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in English.
