Στο πλαίσιο της ενίσχυσης της Διεύθυνσης Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού προτιθέμεθα να προσλάβουμε HR Coordinator.
**Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες**:
Υποστήριξη διαδικασίας επιλογής ανθρώπινου δυναμικού (ανάρτηση αγγελιών, συλλογή, αρχειοθέτηση, αρχική ανασκόπηση βιογραφικών, οργάνωση συνεντεύξεων)
Διαχείριση προσλήψεων - απολύσεων - αποχωρήσεων
**Συμμετοχή και υποστήριξη βασικών πεδίων του τμήματος HR, όπως**: onboarding νεοπροσληφθέντων, διαχείριση παροχών προσωπικού, διαδικασίες αξιολογήσεων προσωπικού κλπ.
Συμμετοχή στην οργάνωση εκπαιδεύσεων και την εκπόνηση πλάνων ανάπτυξης ανθρώπινου δυναμικού
Τήρηση / Διαχείριση Ηλεκτρονικών και φυσικών φακέλων όπως αρχείων εργαζομένων, πινάκων προσωπικού κ.λπ.

**Προφίλ Υποψηφίου**:
Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ κατεύθυνσης οικονομικών / κοινωνικών επιστημών
2-3 έτη εμπειρίας σε ανάλογη θέση
Άριστη γνώση Η/Υ και πακέτου Microsoft Office
Άριστη γνώση Ελληνικής & Αγγλικής γλώσσας
Μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές στα πεδία της Διαχείρισης Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού και Οργανωσιακής Ψυχολογίας θα θεωρηθούν πρόσθετο προσόν
Οργανωτικές ικανότητες, μεθοδικότητα
Ικανότητα ανάπτυξης διαπροσωπικών σχέσεων
Ικανότητες προφορικής και γραπτής επικοινωνίας
