We are seeking a kind, cheerful, and well-organized individual for the position of Patient Journey Coordinator

, who will be responsible for guiding and enhancing the overall experience of our international patients.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in 
    Biology, Genetics
  • Studies abroad
     will be considered a significant advantage
  • Fluent English
  • Strong knowledge of 
    social media and digital tools

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and provide daily guidance to patients
  • Coordinate the 
    patient journey
     with the medical and scientific team
  • Inform and support patients throughout the treatment process
  • Participate in the clinic's communication activities (e.g., social media content support)
  • Maintain a high level of 
    professionalism, confidentiality, and empathy
