Στα πλαίσια της περαιτέρω ανάπτυξής μας αναζητούμε **έναν/μια junior Μηχανικό** για ρόλο **Marine Sales Support Technician** για να γίνει μέρος της ομάδας μας και να συμβάλει στην ανάπτυξή της εταιρείας μας. Ο συνδυασμός της τεχνικής γνώσης με τις δεξιότητες πωλήσεων είναι σημαντική για την επιτυχία σας σε αυτόν τον ρόλο. **Responsibilities**
Πώς θα μοιάζει μία τυπική μέρα; Θα υπάρχει ενασχόληση με:
- Διατήρηση αναλυτικού ιστορικού αναγκών πελατών, σκαφών και προμηθευτών στην ειδική βάση δεδομένων της εταιρείας.
- Καταγραφή και παρακολούθηση των εξαρτημάτων που υπάρχουν σε κάθε σκάφος και ανήκουν στην εταιρεία.
- Ανάγνωση των εγχειριδίων (manuals) των μηχανών και των εξαρτημάτων και καθορισμός και προγραμματισμός συντηρήσεων και επισκευών.
- Συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα μέλη του τεχνικού τμήματος για τον προγραμματισμό και την επικοινωνία των αναγκών.
- Ενημέρωση των τεχνικών σχετικά με τις προγραμματισμένες εργασίες και τις απαιτήσεις συντήρησης.
- Διαχείριση και αρχειοθέτηση τεχνικών εγγράφων και εγχειριδίων.
- Παρακολούθηση και διαχείριση των αποθεμάτων ανταλλακτικών και εξαρτημάτων.
- Παροχή τεχνικής υποστήριξης και πληροφόρησης στους πελάτες σχετικά με τις συντηρήσεις και τις επισκευές.
- Διαχείριση αιτημάτων και παραπόνων πελατών σε συνεργασία με το τεχνικό τμήμα.
**Basic Requirements**
- Απόφοιτος/η Α.Ε.Ι./ Τ.Ε.Ι. Μηχανολογίας
- Ικανότητα τεχνικής κατανόησης των μηχανημάτων
- Εξαιρετικές δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και παρουσίασης
- Συνέπεια & ομαδικό πνεύμα
- Ικανότητα οργάνωσης χρόνου και εργασίας υπό πίεση
- Άριστη ικανότητα χρήσης εφαρμογών MS Office
- Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις (για άνδρες υποψηφίους)
- Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
