**Basic Information**
To Πρόγραμμα Πρακτικής Άσκησης αποτελεί μία σημαντική ενέργεια του Ομίλου Eurobank διαβλέποντας στο πρόσωπο των νέων τους μελλοντικούς μας συνεργάτες. Οι θέσεις έμμισθης πρακτικής έχουν διάρκεια 2 μήνες με πλήρη απασχόληση και φυσική παρουσία.
Οι φοιτητές/τριες που επιλεγούν, θα απασχοληθούν στο Group Digital Banking, σε διαφορετικές Μονάδες και ρόλους που μπορεί να αφορούν Business Analysis, UX Research, UA Testing κλπ.
**Responsibilities**
**Η βασική σου ενασχόληση θα αφορά**:
- Πρακτική εκπαίδευση γύρω από τις βασικές εργασίες της Μονάδας.
- Συμμετοχή σε ενέργειες που αφορούν την αξιολόγηση των αναγκών για research και κατανόηση των συμπεριφορών, των αναγκών και των κινήτρων των χρηστών για να εξασφαλίζεται η καλύτερη δυνατή εμπειρία για το χρήστη ενός προϊόντος ή υπηρεσίας της τράπεζας.
- Άμεση επικοινωνία και συνεργασία με τις υπόλοιπες Μονάδες της Τράπεζας.
**Basic Requirements**
**Είσαι ο κατάλληλος υποψήφιος για εμάς εάν**:
- Είσαι φοιτητής/τρια τμήματος Ψηφιακών Μέσων, Πληροφορικής, ή συναφούς αντικειμένου σπουδών και βρίσκεσαι τουλάχιστον στο 3ο έτος σπουδών σου.
- Κατέχεις πολύ καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας, σε προφορικό και γραπτό λόγο.
- Είσαι εξοικειωμένος με τα εργαλεία MS Office, π.χ. Excel, Power Point.
- Έχεις ομαδικό πνεύμα συνεργασίας και έντονη διάθεση για εκπαίδευση.

- Online video interview & assessment
- Online interview με εξειδικευμένα στελέχη του Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού ή/και της Μονάδας απασχόλησης
Η ημερομηνία έναρξης της πρακτικής άσκησης ορίζεται μετά την ολοκλήρωση της διαδικασίας αξιολόγησης.
