Το Contact Center αναζητά **Υπαλλήλους Back Office** για λογαριασμό πελάτη της, κορυφαίο πάροχο στο χώρο της Ενέργειας.

- Πρόκειται για 5νθήμερη 8ωρη απασχόληση, Δευτέρα με Παρασκευή, με αντικείμενο την διαχείριση, τον έλεγχο και την επίλυση αιτημάτων συνδρομητών._
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα**Είσαι ο/η κατάλληλος/η εάν διαθέτεις...**
- Ευχέρεια γραπτό αλλά και στον προφορικό λόγο
- Απαιτούμενη εμπειρία στο χώρο της ενέργειας ή σε αντίστοιχη θέση Back Office
- Κριτική σκέψη
- Πολύ καλή γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ
- Απολυτήριο Δευτεροβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης ή Απόφοιτος ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ/ΙΕΚ
- Γνώση της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας (B2)
- Πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση
- Πνεύμα ομαδικότητας
