Starting with the role:

Currently we are searching to hire a Back Office Applications Audit Agent.

During your day you will:
  • Assess whether a customer is eligible for joining the onboarding process based on specific document requirements
  • Check electricity and natural gas applications from new customers
  • Review incoming applications for representation of new customer benefits
  • Evaluate incoming requests for program alteration
  • Register new customers' data in the system
What you need to stand out:
  • University Degree in Business Administration or other relevant field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience on a relevant position
  • Prior experience on energy sector will be preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English
  • Critical and analytical thinking, target oriented mindset, team spirit
