H Autohellas Hertz αναζητά Customer Service Representatives για στελέχωση της ομάδας εξυπηρέτησης πελατών Hertz στην περιοχή της Αττικής
Ο CSR αποτελεί βασικό μέλος της ομάδας εξυπηρέτησης πελατών και είναι ο πρεσβευτής του εμπορικού σήματος, παρέχοντας την ταχύτερη, ευκολότερη και πιο αξιόλογη εμπειρία στους πελάτες μας.
Η θέση του CSR έχει ως βασικό στόχο να προσφέρει επαγγελματικά και αποτελεσματικά τα προϊόντα και τις υπηρεσίες της Hertz ώστε να καλύψει πλήρως τις ανάγκες του κάθε πελάτη.
**Ως εκπρόσωπος της εταιρείας, θα είστε υπεύθυνοι για να**:
Καλωσορίζετε κάθε πελάτη με σεβασμό και χαμόγελο.
Διερευνάτε με ενδιαφέρον τις ανάγκες του πελάτη μας ώστε να του προσφέρετε την καλύτερη πρόταση όσον αφορά τον τύπο αυτοκινήτου και το μίγμα υπηρεσιών.
Εξακριβώνετε και επεξεργάζεστε με ταχύτητα τις κρατήσεις πελατών.
Ανοίγετε νέα συμβόλαια ενοικίασης αυτοκινήτου
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Επιθυμητή η κατοχή πτυχίου
Άριστη γνώση αγγλικών. Η πρόσθετη ξένη γλώσσα θα θεωρηθεί επιπρόσθετο προσόν.
Άδεια οδήγησης Β' κατηγορίας
Δυνατότητα εργασίας με ευέλικτα ωράρια, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των Σαββατοκύριακων και των αργιών
Δεξιότητες στον τομέα των πωλήσεων και στις διαπροσωπικές σχέσεις
Πελατοκεντρική αντίληψη
Η εμπειρία σε παρόμοια θέση (όχι απαραίτητα στον κλάδο) τουλάχιστον ενός έτους θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
