Job Title: Groups and Events Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Groups and Events Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Sales Team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring seamless communication with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate and liaise with customers via email and other channels.
• Handle all incoming inquiries from clients via phone, email, and other communication channels, responding promptly and professionally.
• Confirm bookings, manage cancellations, and process modifications to reservations.
• Conduct site inspections of the hotel.
• Maintain client contact databases in Delphi.
• Provide administrative support to the Groups and Events team.
• Input rooming lists in Opera PMS, monitor daily changes, and finalize group pickups.

Requirements:

• Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or Business Administration.
• At least 1 year of experience, preferably in reservations or catering sales teams of 5-star hotels.
• Languages: Fluent in both Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Fully computer literate, particularly with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Sales and Catering Programs (Opera, Delphi).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to build strong, long-term client relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Able to handle guest enquiries, concerns, and issues calmly and professionally.
• Good organizational skills and a results-driven approach.
