Reception Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and friendly professional to join our front desk team in providing exceptional service to our guests. Your warm smile and welcoming demeanor will make every guest feel at home.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

• Front Desk Agent responsibilities include:
• Greeting guests warmly and checking them in/out efficiently
• Answering guest questions and resolving any issues promptly
• Providing information about hotel facilities and local attractions
• Maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction through effective communication and teamwork

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality or Tourism an asset
• Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in the hotel industry
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Opera system an asset
