We are looking for a talented Customer Orders Fulfillment Admin to join our team

Responsibilities:

• Coordination and communication with partners regarding the process and the completion of the electronic orders
• Management of all orders delivered thr Marketplace partners
• Solve order processing problems in the best way
• Coordination with Contact Center regarding customers' demands
• Collection - Data analysis and reporting
• Data analysis and immediate decision making for daily optimization of KPIs

Requirements:

• AEI or TEI degree
• Previous related experience
• Excellent knowledge of Excel (Analytical skills, Creating Reports)
• Experience in online customer orders (Fulfillment flows)
• Excellent communication skills
• Data analysis and decision-making skills
• Strong team spirit, initiative, and enthusiasm for the best result
• Knowledge of SAP, is considered as a plus
