Your Role:
For our team we are on the lookout for an Front Desk Associate who is self-motivated and willing to go the extra mile for the final result. The role reports to the Office Manager.
Your Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Notify the appropriate staff members of guest arrivals.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable.
- Assist in office management tasks, including ordering supplies and coordinating maintenance.
- Assist employees and guests with general inquiries.
- Prepare and serve coffee or refreshments as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role preferred.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Ability to work independently and handle tasks proactively.
