Στο πλαίσιο δυναμικής ανάπτυξης των δραστηριοτήτων της, η **WATT+VOLT** αναζητά **Contract Management Administrator **για την υλοποίηση ενεργειών, τον έλεγχο και εξασφάλιση της ομαλής λειτουργίας της εταιρίας και των απαραίτητων διαδικασιών Συμβάσεων Προμήθειας Ηλεκτρικής Ενέργειας-Φυσικού Αερίου Πελατών.
**Responsibilities**
- Έλεγχος Συμβάσεων Προμήθειας Ηλεκτρικής Ενέργειας- Φυσικού Αερίου Πελατών
- Επιστροφή αιτήσεων με ελλιπή δικαιολογητικά και ενημέρωση για θέματα που αφορούν προβλήματα στην καταχώρηση
- Καταχώρηση δεδομένων πελατών στην Crm Βάση Δεδομένων
- Έλεγχος καταχώρησης δεδομένων πελατών στην Crm Βάση Δεδομένων
- Πιστοληπτικός έλεγχος- Καταγραφή (σύστημα ΤΕΙΡΕΣΙΑΣ)
- Καθημερινή αλλαγή του crm status των καταχωρημένων αιτήσεων από new σε checked
- Υπαναχώρηση Συμβάσεων πελατών βάση αιτήματος πελάτη - συνεργάτη
- Διαχείριση ηλεκτρονικής αλληλογραφίας εγκρίσεων.
- Διαχείριση ηλεκτρονικής αλληλογραφίας διορθώσεων σε δεδομένα πώλησης.
- Επιβεβαίωση και αρχειοθέτηση ηλεκτρονικού -φυσικού αρχείου Συμβάσεων Προμήθειας Ηλεκτρικής Ενέργειας-Φυσικού Αερίου Πελατών
**Requirements**:
- Απόφοιτος ΑΕΙ/ ΤΕΙ
- 3-4 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση
- Σχετική επαγγελματική εμπειρία σε εταιρεία ενέργειας θα θεωρηθεί ως επιπρόσθετο προσόν
- Πολύ καλή γνώση Microsoft Office
- Άριστη γνώση της Ελληνικής και της Αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Ευελιξία και προσαρμοστικότητα
- Οργανωτικότητα και προγραμματισμός
- Ομαδικότητα
- Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
- Αποτελεσματική διαχείριση χρόνου
