Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες
Γραμματειακή Υποστήριξη του C.E.O.
Λειτουργία και επικαιροποιηση ηλεκτρονικού και έντυπου αρχείo
Διαχείριση έντυπου και ηλεκτρονικού υλικού (Εφημερίδες, Φυλλάδια, Προσκλήσεις, newsletters κτλ.)
Κρατήσεις Εταιρικών γευμάτων / δείπνων
Οργάνωση, Προγραμματισμός και διαχείριση εταιρικών συναντήσεων εντός και εκτός γραφείων εταιρείας
Οργάνωση, Προγραμματισμός και Διαχείριση ταξιδιών του C.E.O.
Υποστήριξη οργάνωσης εταιρικών εκδηλώσεων και συμμετοχή σε εκθέσεις σε συνεργασία με το τμήμα Marketing
Υποστήριξη οργάνωσης συναντήσεων με συνεργάτες εσωτερικού - εξωτερικού σε συνεργασία με τα αρμόδια τμήματα
Παρακολούθηση και καταχώρηση απολογισμού δαπανών ταξιδιών
Γνώση και εφαρμογή διαδικασιών ομίλου σε θέματα που άπτονται του ρόλου
**Απαιτούμενα προσόντα**:
Απόφοιτος ΑΕΙ / ΤΕΙ / ΙΕΚ, κατά προτίμηση σχετικό με την θέση εκπαιδευτικό πεδίο
Εμπειρία 3 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση υποστήριξης Γενικού Διευθυντή ή Διευθύνοντος Συμβούλου
Εμπειρία σε χρήση Η/Υ και MS Office
Άριστη Γνώση Αγγλικών
**Δεξιότητες**:
Πολύ καλή προφορική και γραπτή επικοινωνιακή ικανότητα,
Ικανότητα να τηρεί προθεσμίες και να λειτουργεί αποτελεσματικά σε περιβάλλον multi tasking
Οργανωτικές ικανότητες,
Άτομο δημιουργικό, εχέμυθο, ευέλικτο, με διάθεση και ενθουσιασμό
