Στη Connectline, αναζητούμε έμπειρο Account Manager για να ενδυναμώσουμε την Εμπορική Ομάδα μας. Ο ιδανικός υποψήφιος είναι επαγγελματίας με άριστες επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες και ικανότητες διαχείρισης σχέσεων, που θα συμβάλει καθοριστικά στη διατήρηση και την ανάπτυξη των σχέσεων με τους πελάτες μας και στη διασφάλιση της πλήρους ικανοποίησης των αναγκών τους, καθώς και στην ανάπτυξη νέων επιχειρηματικών ευκαιριών.
**Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες**:
Δημιουργεί και διατηρεί ισχυρές και μακροχρόνιες σχέσεις με τους πελάτες
Επικοινωνεί με τους πελάτες σχετικά με τις απαιτήσεις και ανάγκες τους
Συνεργάζεται με τα Τμήματα της εταιρείας για την ταχύτερη εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών και την έγκαιρη και επιτυχημένη παράδοση των έργων σε αυτούς
Διαχειρίζεται και αντιμετωπίζει ειδικές απαιτήσεις και τυχόν παράπονα πελατών
Υλοποιεί την οικονομική παρακολούθηση των έργων με στόχο την ορθή αποτύπωση του κόστους
Διαχειρίζεται την επέκταση έργων ή / και την παροχή πρόσθετων υπηρεσιών, σύμφωνα με τις ανάγκες των πελατών
Ενημερώνεται συνεχώς για τα προϊόντα και τις υπηρεσίες της εταιρίας
Συμβάλλει την ανάπτυξη των πωλήσεων των προϊόντων της εταιρίας σύμφωνα με τους εταιρικούς στόχους
**Απαραίτητα Προσόντα**:
Πτυχίο στα πεδία Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων, Πληροφορικής ή άλλων συναφών τομέων
Εργασιακή εμπειρία 3-5 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση
Γνώση Η/Υ και λογισμικού, εμπειρία σε σύστημα ERP, προγράμματα MS Office
Εξαιρετικές ικανότητες επικοινωνίας και διαχείρισης σχέσεων
Επιχειρηματική αντίληψη και ικανότητα εστίασης στον πελάτη
Ισχυρές δεξιότητες επίλυσης προβλημάτων.
Προσαρμοστικότητα, ευελιξία και ομαδικό πνεύμα
Πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας
