Ποιος θα είναι ο ρόλος σου;
- Στρατηγικός σχεδιασμός και διαχείριση των logistics, της αποθήκης, των μεταφορών και της εξυπηρέτησης πελατών
- Άμεση, βελτιστοποίηση και συντονισμός πλήρους κύκλου παραγγελιών - ακριβής και έγκαιρη εκτέλεση των ροών της διαδικασίας προγραμματισμού (Budget of Rolling Forecast)
- Υπεύθυνος για την προετοιμασία επαναλαμβανόμενων (Budget of Rolling Forecast) και ad hoc παρουσιάσεων στα ανώτερα στελέχη
- Επικοινωνία και διαπραγμάτευση με προμηθευτές, κατασκευαστές και εμπόρους λιανικής
- Θέση πρότυπων και επιχειρηματικών στόχων σύμφωνα με τις στρατηγικές μας προτεραιότητες και υλοποίηση τόσο ποσοτικών όσο και ποιοτικών KPIs
- Συνεχής παρακολούθηση της ποιότητας, της ποσότητας, των επίπεδων αποθεμάτων, των χρόνων παράδοσης, του κόστους μεταφοράς και της αποτελεσματικότητας
- Επίβλεψη και εκπαίδευση του εργατικού δυναμικού στο εργαστήριο κοπής φακών, της ομάδας παράδοσης παραγγελιών και της αποθήκης
- Έρευνα, ανάπτυξη και εφαρμογή στρατηγικών για τη βελτίωση της ποιότητας των υπηρεσιών, της παραγωγικότητας και της κερδοφορίας
- Ανάπτυξη και εφαρμογή πολιτικών και διαδικασιών εξυπηρέτησης πελατών
- Επικοινωνία με τη διοίκηση της εταιρείας για την υποστήριξη και την εφαρμογή στρατηγικών ανάπτυξης
- Συντονισμός με το Τμήμα Μάρκετινγκ για τη δημιουργία διαφημιστικών καμπανιών ανάλογα με τους τρέχοντες στόχους της εταιρείας και τη διαθεσιμότητα των αποθεμάτων
- Διασφάλιση της αποτελεσματικής εφαρμογής του πλαισίου OKR (Στόχοι & Βασικές Μετρήσεις) για την Ομάδα Πωλήσεων
- Σχεδιασμός, ιεράρχηση και ανάθεση εργασιών για τη διασφάλιση της εύρυθμης λειτουργίας των τμημάτων της εταιρίας (Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, Μάρκετινγκ & πωλήσεων)

- Τουλάχιστον 3 χρόνια σχετική εμπειρία
- Πτυχίο Οικονομικών, Οικονομικών, Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων
- Το μεταπτυχιακό σε οποιοδήποτε από τα παραπάνω πεδία θεωρείται προσόν
- Πτυχίο Οπτομετρίας θεωρείται προσόν
- Ειδικός στο Microsoft office
- Άπταιστα αγγλικά (απαραίτητα)
- Αποτελεσματικός στην προετοιμασία παρουσιάσεων
- Άριστες δεξιότητες οργάνωσης, ιεράρχησης προτεραιοτήτων και διαχείρισης χρόνου.
- Πρέπει να έχει ενέργεια, κίνητρο και να έχει την ικανότητα να εργάζεται ανεξάρτητα σε ένα περιβάλλον γρήγορου ρυθμού, πολλαπλών εργασιών με μεταβαλλόμενες προτεραιότητες.
