**Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες**:
- Επίβλεψη και συντονισμός του Τμήματος Εξυπηρέτησης Πελατών, Αποθήκης και Διανομής
- Επικοινωνία και συνεργασία με τις Κεντρικές Αποθήκες της Εταιρείας και Συντονισμός ενδοδιακίνησης εμπορευμάτων
- Διαχείριση φυσικού/λογιστικού αποθέματος των προϊόντων
- Δρομολόγηση και συντονισμός των απογραφών
- Πλήρης επίβλεψη, τήρηση των διαδικασιών, διαχείριση και παρακολούθηση των εμπορευμάτων όσο και της εξυπηρέτησης πελατών
- Επικοινωνία με Πρακτορεία και Μεταφορικές εταιρίες
- Διασφάλιση της εύρυθμης λειτουργίας και οργάνωσης της αποθήκης
**Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα**:
- Τουλάχιστον 4-6 χρόνια εργασιακής εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε Εμπορική ή Βιομηχανική Εταιρεία
- Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Άριστη γνώση και χρήση υπολογιστών
- Γνώση συστημάτων ERP / SAP (θα θεωρηθεί επιπρόσθετο προσόν)
- Ικανότητα και εμπειρία σε διοίκηση ομάδας
- Εμπειρία σε εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
- Πολύ καλή γνώση διαδικασιών (τήρηση όλου του προγράμματος λειτουργίας αποθήκευσης, παραλαβών, picking, διανομής κλπ)
