Η Work4u αναζητά για λογαριασμό πελάτη της, γνωστή αλυσίδα στο χώρο των ζαχαροπλαστείων, Υπεύθυνο Επιχειρησιακών Λειτουργιών πλήρους απασχόλησης με τα εξής καθήκοντα:
- Συντονίζει τους εσωτερικούς πόρους
- Συνεισφέρει στη θέσπιση των επίσημων διαδικασιών και κανόνων
- Συντονίζεται με την Παραγωγή όσον αφορά τις ανάγκες και διαδικαστικά θέματα
- Λειτουργεί ως στρατηγικός σύμβουλος στη διοίκηση της εταιρείας όσον αφορά την ανάπτυξη της επιχείρησης
- Φροντίζει για την έγκαιρη υλοποίηση των εκάστοτε έργων, εντός του πεδίου εφαρμογής και εντός του προϋπολογισμού
- Εξασφαλίζει διαθεσιμότητα πόρων και κατανομή.
- Αναπτύσσει ένα λεπτομερές σχέδιο έργου για να παρακολουθεί την πρόοδό του καθενός.
- Αξιολογεί την απόδοση του έργου χρησιμοποιώντας κατάλληλα συστήματα, εργαλεία και τεχνικές.
- Αναφορά και κλιμάκωση στη διαχείριση, όπως απαιτείται
- Διαχειρίζεται τη σχέση με όλα τα ενδιαφερόμενα μέρη, συμπεριλαμβανομένων και τρίτων μερών/προμηθευτών.
Κύριες αρμοδιότητες:
- Έλεγχος λειτουργίας καταστημάτων
- Ανάλυση Πωλήσεων
- Έλεγχος κόστους πωληθέντων
- Έλεγχος κόστους εργασίας
- Ποιότητα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών
- Επίλυση θεμάτων προσωπικού
- Πρόβλεψη αναγκών και παραγγελίες πρώτων υλών για την ομαλή λειτουργία των καταστημάτων
- Προωθητικές ενέργειες μάρκετινγκ
- Επιλογή & εκπαίδευση προσωπικού των καταστημάτων
- Επικοινωνία με την εκάστοτε εταιρεία ερευνών για την ομαλή διεξαγωγή της έρευνας ''Mystery Shopper''
- Επικοινωνία με την ανεξάρτητη εταιρεία υγειονομικού ελέγχου για την τήρηση των υγειονομικών προτύπων
- Διαχείριση Logistics
- Επίλυση καθημερινών αναγκών-προβλημάτων
Απαραίτητα προσόντα:
- Εκπαιδευτικό υπόβαθρο στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή τις Οικονομικές Επιστήμες ή άλλο συναφές αντικείμενο.
- Προηγούμενη εμπειρία τουλάχιστον τριών (3) ετών σε αντίστοιχο ρόλο.
- Πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικών επιπέδου C1 (Advanced) σε προφορικό και γραπτό λόγο.
- Άριστη γνώση των εφαρμογών MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
- Άψογες οργανωτικές δεξιότητες.
- Ισχυρές δεξιότητες λήψης αποφάσεων και επίλυσης προβλημάτων και προσέγγιση βάσει αποτελεσμάτων.
- Πνεύμα συνεργασίας και ομαδικότητας με άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.
- Υψηλού επιπέδου δεξιότητες διαπραγμάτευσης.
- Αποτελεσματικότητα υπό συνθήκες πίεσης και υψηλές απαιτήσεις.
