Job Title: Site Care Partner IIAbout the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Site Care Partner to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional support to investigative sites throughout a study lifecycle.

The successful candidate will be accountable for:

  • Building and retaining strong relationships with investigator site staff
  • Providing proactive support to sites from start-up through activation
  • Ensuring site-level recruitment and quality are safeguarded
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on country and site selection activities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy GSSO site strategies by qualifying and activating assigned sites
  • Support processes to optimize country & site selection activities
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure high-quality feasibility results
  • Maintain knowledge of assigned protocols and ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • 7+ years of experience in site management with prior experience as a CRA/site monitor
  • Demonstrated knowledge of quality and regulatory requirements in applicable countries
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
